Is my Leo Male Neighbor Into Me? I am a Libra Female

I have known my neighbor for 2.5 years. On and off we have hung out at each others house, drank beer and wine while watching the game or a movie and a few times when he hurt himself being athletic he took his shirt off and I helped him by rubbing ointment on his back and gave him a massage. Nothing has EVER happened. No one has mad a pass or any move.

About 1.5 years into this we had a weird argument. It was so odd. It was regarding a TV personality that he liked and I mentioned that the guy was not my cup of tea because the person seemed very crass and had awful behavior towards women. Well for some reason he got really upset that I didn't care for this guy on TV.

I am so conflict avoidant and don't like to argue so I just said good bye and I left.

A year goes by and we had not spoken.

A few weeks ago we ran into each other at a cafe, I was with friends. I invited him to sit with us and we all got along great. After we all ate together, my friends said, 'That guy really likes you. He watched you whenever you got up and checked you out up and down."

I blew it off.

And he took me out to lunch on Valentine's Day in exchange for me helping him with some business stuff. And later that evening on Valentine's Day we had wine together at his house.

We have great conversation, but nothing has happened.

Is this guy attracted to me?
