Leo Man Gemini Woman yay or nay?

I don't see too much on the boards about this match...any experiences?

He has a Gemini Moon, Leo Venus and Mercury. Not sure his Asc.

My ex was a Leo Ascendant Taurus, Moon Capricorn, Venus Libra. We were together for 5 years. It didn't work out because I just felt our timing was off. It was like we couldn't separate though and I kept trying to make it work because of our (ahem sexual) chemistry. It was a Nay for me in the long term. If you are his ideal ( share the same values and goals in life) then you will be fine and if not...you might hear things like: why don't you do your hair like this or what are you wearing or why do you like watching those shows. They tend to think everything they like and do is everything and if you're not on board you're weird. He was very uncompromising. Then if he did compromise he'd say how I liked things my way all the time 8-( Oh but when he was calling the shots he felt it made sense. They are very critical. He never took photos with me and posted on Facebook and only 4 months into his new relationship there he is l hugged up with his new woman and has her as his profile pic.

I also have a Leo ex. Things were good in the beginning and he treated me like gold. He always had my back and I never felt as safe with any of my other boyfriends as I did with him. Truly a King and I was his Queen.

The only time we had problems is when his insecurities would get the best of him due to my friendly nature or when he thought I was getting to big for my britches because he wanted the dominant spot in the relationship. If I relied on him 100% for all my needs he would have been happiest. But I have probably just as much pride as he did, so that wasn't going to happen.

We also grew up with very different backgrounds so that didn't help either. But we understood each other and to this day he holds me in high regard.

Not too sure what his other placements are, haven't taken the time to look it up. -shrug-

Edit: We were together for almost 2 years. the last 6-12 months it was LDR which lead to the relationship's downfall.

So it didn't go well with the Taurus?

Oh I updated that board. It's still teetering, but his mother lives with him (she isn't ill or in a financial situation) and he is 38 and it's sort of a red flag for me.

Oh that sucks. Yeah that's weird for sure. Is he in a financial situation. Did he say why she lives with him?

Well he had told me his father passed away in September and then later when I asked where his mom lived he said "she lives with me," making it sound like it was his place and he moved her in, and at the time, I didn't care because I assumed it was because his father passed...that would make sense. But then later he told me his parents have been separated for years. I know his dad made a very good living, and he said his mother is active and happy, so I haven't really gotten a clear picture as to why she might live with him.

As far as I know, he makes a decent living. He's does finances for a large health care company.

I see that being true. I LOVE Aries men. Haven't really dated a Sag, but I definitely have a soft spot for them. Leos are a bit uncharted for me.

My best relationship was with an Aries. My most intense and loving relationship was with a Scorpio so you seem to get it.

I'm attracted to Leos because they are so masculine and entertaining, but if the intellect isn't sharp, I would never be turned on sexually anyway.

leo's don't have much of a intellect. we make our living on account of our sparkling personality and because people take pity on us etc. out of the three fire signs i would sag leos are dumbest and probably dumbest overall. Though maybe taurus and leo can fight for that distinction.

Aries and sag are very sharp and masculine. sag is probably bit smarter.

Aw poor Leos!! I just stared to get to know a Taurus man and he is also soooo manly but I noticed his intellect wasn't quite on par with mine. It was alarming when I noticed it, because he came across so self-assured, but then once I noticed it, I couldn't "unnotice" it.

Even the Leo dentist I dated shortly was kind of a dumb ass.

yes, but no one likes geminis though. so all your traits don't matter in the end. People flock to us and we end up winning it all in the end. It's true you are smart but something about you guys is very "beta". you will get cheated on and disrespected etc. I think there is a good balance to the universe.
