Ah, Aries girls... I've known a few Aries girls, they make great friends as I don't seem to be very attracted to other fire signs (apart from Leo ladies, we're always stalking each other). But there definitely is energy there of some kind, sexual playful energy between us. I find Aries girls to be very intelligent.

Well, Leo will instantly be drawn to the same characteristics in their Aries that they see in themselves: their ability to be impulsive, always be on the move, like having status & reputation & always striving head first into whatever they want. Leo will immediately attract themselves to an Aries b/c an Aries represents a challenge for them. Leos love an Aries willingness to be very direct & straight-forward but yet not too intellectual & too deep that they are often confused or are forced to go down a lane that they only go down if necessary (emotions). Leo will love an Aries okay-ness with the outdoors & with their love for being happy & on top, b/c like I said, it reminds them alot of themselves.

BUT, in terms of a relationship, Leo will quickly learn that all those similarities between him & his Aries will start to turn him off, b/c a Leo will lose his sense of being the one in control & the one who's primarily got it going on. Leo needs all the praise, they need to feel that out of the 2 people in the relationship THEY are the ones who've got "Star" status. And Leo will like the challenge an Aries presents for friendship, but the minute emotions get involved, a Leo's intense passion to be #1 in that person's world with an Aries passion for the exact same thing. They will be so much alike that they will never feel content in feeling the satisfaction that they have "awed" their partner. Leo will not be able to handle an Aries temperament & ability to NOT be control or their unwillingness to give the spotlight to anyone other than themselves. The relationship CAN work, but it might not b/c of the constant struggle of "power" between the two.
