I like flattery, but I get creeped out easily if I get too much or it seems weird that the person is flattering me or whatever. But yeah like I know a lot of people who have estranged myself from recently, and if any of them wanted to make up with me, thats pretty much the only way they could do it. They can all kiss my feet. Personally, I feel like I'm a pretty good judge of real vs fake flattery myself, and if you make someone flatter you to make up with you, you can tell if they're worthy by how much they mean it.
