Need help with my leo male friend

Hi I have been seeing my leo male friend for over 12 months we are together all the time I have done everything suggested for my leo praise cooked for him cared for him gave him attention. We have a great sex life are so alike inter he is scared to commit he says just friends no relationship I sometimes blow up and let my feelings out he stops talking to me for 24 hours then we are fine. He just never seems to appreciate what I do however my car broke down he lent me the money to get a new one and even searched the net for a week to find me the best car so in a way i suppose he does appreciate what i do. Can I add I love this man have done for 3yrs but we have been really close for the last 12 months i am beginning to feel exhausted I feel I give him the whole me but I feel he acts so flippant sometimes he can be arrogant almost hurtful then he's nice like he knows he overstepped I am just so confused how to act I feel like a push over. I spent over 23 pound tonight on our dinner cooked for him but he lay on the sofa saying he was tired bearing in mind I had been to work he hadn't. He had his son an extra day so no work. In the end I smiled and sed bye see you in the week he sed ok. No thank you no text am I a fool or do I stay strong
