Leo Sun Cancer Moon Combinations
"His Illumination: A Gentleman.
His Dark Side: Needs to be Babied.
The Sun is the ruler of Leo, and the Moon is the ruler of Cancer. Here we find the planets in their dignity, or simply put, where they belong. Dignity is a word that describes this man well. He is a perfect gentleman, and charmer. He has a soft way of presenting himself that commands everyone's attention. He can do exceptionally well in the boardroom, or the bedroom. He can be a real heart breaker, and whose gets broken the most often? Mr. Leo-Cancer. Part of the reason, is that he sometimes slips on his code of ethics (he couldn't resist her advances) or inadvertently lets someone down. When he settles down, he wants to provide the best and most lavish for his wife and family. If he fails to be able to do so (and this usually won't happen) he is devastated. Think of him as a young, idealistic Gregory Peck type in To Kill a Mockingbird. He is genuine, sincere, and loyal, whether at work or home. Imagine how he would hate to not be the best friend, or best lover that you have ever known. Handle him with care, as he is sensitive, and oh so adorable. Okay, so you want to know his flaw. Well, he does have a quick and nasty temper. He is prone to depression when he gets emotionally hurt. Often, this manifests in backaches and stomachaches. He receives impressions much like a mold. A lot of his happiness depends on you. He needs to be babied, but he'll be worth it. He will love your children as much as his. He will smile as he helps you with the household or cooking chores. Just keep in mind, he is still the King as he helps you wash the dishes. Don't demand anything, and he will do his best to give you everything. He is a sucker for pretty girls; dainty and curvy, feminine and fragile. A Cancer Sun and a Leo Moon is, of course, perfect. A Sagittarius or a Pisces is a good match also."

Leo-Aquarius Female
This full Moon baby looks for creative channels to express her desire to work in the public eye, to organize and demostrate her creative talents. Impish yet commanding, she never meets a stranger. She's sincerely interested in others, and if you're the jealous or possessive sort, she'll drive you very nearly crazy. She may or may not mean anything with her hugs and lavish attentions to all her friends. Either way, she considers her relationships her concern, and not yours. She doesn't deal in possessive, confining emotions. She's a ray of sunshine, and can't be captured or held still. If you dare to tread on her friendships, demand some sort of exclusivity, she'll stamp her feet LIKE THIS! She has a temper that can easily be enraged. But, being the loveable, humane and basically kind person that she is, she'll forgive you. You won't get your way, you'll merely be pardoned. She has no use in her life for the small or petty emotions that accompany many intimate relationships. For you men out there who're looking for a woman who has very little interest in the ties that bind, this one could be for you. If you can be as sensible about romance as she is, you'll have yourself a witty, socialbe, intelligent companion who can teach you about higher spiritual consciousness. I can assure you this will not be a boring relationship. She is a nice co-worker, the kind people want to protect. She is an adoring mother, and can settle down into a stable marriage. There may be a slight problem in her later years, as she is highly attracted to younger men. She may be the one in the marriage to want to pack her bags and run off with the younger man and leave you at home to tend the kids and your toupee. Scopios should clear out after the first date, Libra and Aquarius fare well. Some Sagittarius can manage to keep some sort of control.
Her Illumination: Never boring
Her Dark Side: Stubborn as a mule

So if a man needs occasional praise and attention it's called "needs to be babied", but if it's a woman it's called "needs adoration". Mmmkay...
Aside from that little word-play I think this pretty much sums me up. =)

Leo Sun Cancer Moon Combinations
"Her Illumination: A Sweetheart.
Her Dark Side: Needs Near Adoration.
Here the Sun and the Moon are in their true placements. This lady is the natural born mother of the Zodiac. She loves children and has an innate understanding of their needs and emotions. She's loving, kind, hospitable and generous. She's dependable and honorable and is the kind of friend who'll stop everything to help someone in a crisis. She may not be as quick to ask for another's assistance, not wanting to burden people with her own problems. She's one of the genuine sweethearts of the zodiac. She may not encounter fame and fortune, or be the most beautiful, but her harmonious nature, her giving and caring soul are just about tops in the 144 combinations. For all this she has very little conceit. She may appear vain to those who aren't concerned with their image or with fashion. She's a definite clothes horse. Her love of extravagant and elegant clothes are on her lists of life's pleasures (you were hoping she placed home cooking and ironing shirts above all?), along with get together's with dear and close friends. There's nothing not to like about this uncomplicated woman. She's the top confidant at work, confident enough to do her job and to bail you out when yours is getting you down. She's the childhood sweetheart who marries her high school football hero and thinks he's still wonderful after all these years. If she marries more than once, she usually marries a man who manages with her partnership to excel in his profession to the point of prosperity. She's not a nag, petty or mean. The children will love her when she's old and other mothers are discarded. People rally to help her when she's as fragile as the wings of the birds she has cared for. She could lapse into an affair along the way if she felt true love and devotion were not hers at home. A Leo would be perfect, a Pisces would be adorable, and while the Cancer is good of course, the Libra could be the long shot."

Leo Sun Gemini Moon (for ladies)
"Her Illumination: Delightful.
Her dark side: Hard to pin down.
Leo rules the natural house of sex and recreation. Gemini rules a wisecracking, restless Moon. And so, in presenting this woman, I think of the one who most typified her combination of the luminaries: Mae West. Remember, when she was asked if she ever met a man who was man enough for her? She answered, "Why sure, honey, lotsa times." If ever a quip could describe this lively women, it's that. She has a sense of drama mingled with glib, exciting entendres, a lighthearted, capricious way of approaching life. She's not, therefore, merely a flirt who can't settle down. She goes deeper than this. She knows she's too easily infatuated to settle on one man for long, and therefore doesn't like to make promises that leave her on the receiving end of waffle irons and tablecloths, at nice little bridal showers. She wants excitement, variety, and glamor in her life. She does well in public careers, public administration, public relations or sales. She isn't really domesticated and if she stays at home at all, it's to read something for which she has suddenly developed a curiosity. She thinks children are wonderful creatures, made more loveable through upbringing by the grandparents or a nanny, if she can afford one. Speaking of affording, she's a luxury item. She'll want jewelery, fancy clothes, and a nice amount for traveling and entertaining expenses. You'll want her to be more, but she does best in a mistress situation. She has a lot of love to give in an open, affectionate, often detached manner. She's not a cold wind, just a restless one. The talkative Geminis and Virgos do well with her. The Leo matches her sense of showmanship, and the Aries knows how to keep her stimulated. She's fickle and appealing enough to have a chance with almost every sign."

Leo-Sagittarius Male:
The personal magnetism of this double Fire sign is bright and exciting. This is one of the more aspiring configurations of the Zodiac. This man wants it all, and chances are, if he can work on one thing at a time, he will have it all. Usually, though, there is a scattering of energies. Like little brush fires all over the place, instead of one big blaze. He is always looking for another opportunity, another fortune, another lively companion. Attracted to a wide range of interests, whether sporting or intellectual, this mann can be found shining brightly just about anywhere. He is basically happy and outgoing in nature and has a wide variety of friends, especially from work. He will usually be found clowning around (this combination is a perpetual child by nature) and smiling. Hardly anyone can resist this man. His madcap sense of humor is never at the expense of anyone else. He is usually very, very bright. He would be a good politician because he is naturally charismatic and persuasive. He often doesn't get into that line of work because the goals are too long in coming. However, he tires of things rather quickly, whether in business or in love. He will paradoxically dog an idea or project to death in order to conquer or win. Once the project has been obtained, he loses interest. That includes you, no matter how enticing you are, and how independent. If you were to allow him total freedom (a Sagittarius Moon must always have this) he may stick around awhile longer... he does have aspirations of roots and family. But for all his razzle-dazzle, that is a bitter pill for most women to swallow. Aries, Leo, Sagittarius girls give him the best chase, he chews up Cancer, infuriates Scorpio, and Gemini is about as non-committal as he is.

Leo-Pisces Female:
This woman is not quite the humanitarian that her male counterpart is. She may find herself in the helping professions of medicine or social work, or even religion, but she'll have character flaws that are more apparent than those of the man of this Sun-Moon combination. One of them is near rage when not the center of attention, although she'll hide it well. The need for approval with Leo is always great, but with the sensitive Pisces Moon it's intensified. She can be very contradictory - she wants to compete and to win, but she doesn't want to run the risk of putting herself out, or of losing. Oftentimes as a result she has a tendency to live in a fantasy world. Some of her typical escapes are books, television, and overindulgence in the bubbly. Shopping sprees can also be a favorite outlet. As a wife and mother she's caring and many times devoted beyond belief. Her need to feel superior often takes its toll on her work relationships where she finds it difficult to commit to a job unless she's very clearly the boss. She craves positions of power and prominence. This woman will always look her best - feminine and romantic. She's stalking the jungle looking for a man to rescue her from the beasts. In the area of romance, she's often sought after and usually winds up with quite a catch. Her catch will be the man who'll appreciate her need to look her best, and not comnplain about the manicurist costing more than the groceries. Since this is a rare sort of man, she needs someone who appreciates being admired for his pretty wife. She does have trouble in her romantic life regardless of the man, because she believes in the old childhood stories where the prince arrives in the nick of time to save the fair maiden. It's a heck of a shock to find that the prince is just the guy next door, who gets five o'clock shadow and needs reassurance that he won't get fired next Friday. Look to the Pisces, Libra, or Aries to win her hand.
Her Illumination: Aura of glamour
Her Dark Side: Needs a prince

Leo Sun Scorpio Moon (for ladies)
"Her Illumination: Jungle Queen.
Her Dark Side: Compulsive.
This is a powerful combination. She'll be commanding, nearly overbearing, and often irresistible. She's excessive and rather inflexible. When she's working on a project, usually politics or research, she may forget to eat, sleep, or that you exist. This could apply to the children as well, though she is a devoted mother. She doesn't know the meaning of half-way or half-hearted. Since sex, either for recreation or cosmic unions is so important to her, you can expect her to experiment a bit with the subject in her younger years. During these times she may also forget to eat or sleep. Her thoughts, to say the least, aren't scattered. She won't flail about in tears when things have run amuck--she'll dig her claws in and set about the task of making order out of chaos. She won't be your clinging vine either. Even at the peak of her devotion, she's not looking for someone to complete her parts, rather she's looking for a man who can handle the jungle queen. She's strong and protective of her friends, coworkers and loved ones. She'll be the first to lend a helping hand when someone has a problem. If you have too many, she'll be the first to tell you why she has withdrawn her assistance. She isn't hesitant about giving her opinion. She's strong, she's extreme, and she's worth knowing. If you're a Leo or a Scorpio, you can deal with it, but the barometer at your house will frequently register stormy. Maybe a nice, not so strong Pisces can let her take the lead, or a Sagittarius can help her to lighten up. A Libra may offer the calming air she needs--she needs less intensity to save her from herself. Remind her as she's opening her fifth pack of cigarettes today."

So very spot on. The scattered thing for sagi moon is so frustrating! I can't ever focus on one thing for too long! I get bored and I'm off to something else. I never get any projects/games/ideas done! I've yet to find anything that can keep my attention entirely. My coworkers all call me "squirrel" because of my inability to focus on things and short attention span. I'm definitely neglectful of family and friends, though it's never intentional. I just don't like seeing people everyday, but I do need to occasionally socialize or I get all gloomy. Plus, I get bored easily of people. 😢
This is actually great for short-term goals. You can focus on the moment's work without getting all worked up about what tomorrow holds. Tomorrow doesn't even exist yet.
The difficulty here might be in getting at those big "life goals." However, do note that a lot of folks who are caught very deep in them, would often give anything to simplify, and live a little more nomadically and be more mobile (and probably live happier and longer as a result.)
Regardless, you decide what you want, and if things that weigh you down don't excite you, then chances are you'll be better at cultivating satisfaction day to day - it'll come a little easier.click to expand

Leo-Libra Male:
Sweet. This one is lovely. And so handsome you could faint. He is the hero of the romantic novel come to life. You will have to stand in line for this man. Of all the Leos he has the least vanity (except maybe the Cancer Moon), and that it itself is enchanting. He's also the least aggressive of the Leos. He is, in fact, aloof and often tends to be a loner. Especially if born from 1945 to 1952. He knows that everyone is besotted with his charms, he is fully aware that he is unusually good looking, but he does have other interests. You'd better also. He is not superficial. He is really quite complex and is trying very hard to develop some inner qualities and values. He looks for the finest and most beautiful in verything and everyone, including his wife and children. He absolutely must have harmony in everything, especially his work and home environment. He will feel ill with discordant surroundings. He spends a lot of time just thinking of grand ideas and life on the cosmic scale. He is not altogether practical. Leo is lavish and loves to spend money. This guy has that quality plus he isn't all that practical. In business, however, he can paradoxically handle someone else's finances fabulously. Or he can organize complex plans for others and forget to buy food for his own party. This wouldn't matter as he is such a great host, hardly anyone would notice. You will have to be careful not to be stampeded in your search for this one. Cound on one thing, he will be hard to pin down. He knows he is hot property. Libras stand the best chance. Aquarians could run a close race. An Aries can offer an irresistible force.
His Illumination: Strong inner qualities
His Dark Side: Unharmonious surroundings make him ill

Leo Sun Capricorn Moon (for ladies)
"Her Illumination: Endures.
Her Dark Side: Think of Scarlet at Fair Oaks.
Here is the purposeful and determined woman who has never for one moment let heartache stand in her way. She'll go after what she desires in spite of setbacks that would send other women strolling near balcony ledges. This is a combination for accomplishment. The relation of the Sun to the Moon suggests, however, that whatever she achieves doesn't come without a price--the price being a near constant rearrangement of her life, living quarters, and family security. Her children may cause her much grief, which she'll bear quietly and with patience. She's a loving wife and mother, even with a business to run or a career that leaves her nearly frayed. Her desire to excel is so strong that she gives her heart and soul to all her endeavors, and naturally this takes a toll on her health. The heart and/or the bones are usually the weak points that react to her stress. You, if you don't know her well, may be a little surprised at what I have to say about her. After all, she has a wonderful child-like sense of humor, she's gracious with her coworkers and outstanding as a boss. You never remember her complaining about a thing--well, she did roll her eyes once when her husband fell down drunk at the company dinner. But surely that didn't upset her. Surely, it did. She needs a dear friend in a man. She needs respect and loyalty and someone to care for her for a change. A Cancer, Leo, Capricorn or Taurus would do nicely. She could fall hard for a Pisces or a Scorpio, but that might only add to her problems. Regardless, she'll convince everyone that she has a wonderful life."
