Which chart is more compatible for this Leo

On a glance, the co-worker's chart. But don't let that hold you back. My leo and I have a ton of difficult aspects.
I don't fully understand these charts, but how did you determine my co-worker would be a better match?
I would have to agree with the co-worker's chart being more compatible by just looking the chart given (there's a LOT more to it than just planetary aspects). Co-worker's sun makes a tight sextile to Leo's sun, their moons make a pretty tight trine, her venus and his mars are also a close sextile.
Don't worry. Too much "harmonizing" often make for platonic friendships. It's actually good to have a little bit of tension from challenging aspects.

Rig is absolutely right. If you are worried about this co-worker enough to post her chart here in the hopes that someone will tell you that your chart beats out hers then I implore you to step back and look at this .
What exactly would you need to hear from a group of E-buddies? It sounds and is ridiculous and futhermore, you do not have the confidence that you will need to sustain a realationship with a Leo man. He will run right over and through you, Aries placements and all. If you want the truth, her chart is more compatiable with his. So what? Now what? Who gives a what?

Before you cast judgement, you should have asked the circumstances on the question. My co-worker has been friends with this guy for a long time and I think they have a great relationship that could be more. BUT she insists on trying to hook me up with him. No insecurities, just wanted evidence that she should be the one trying to pursue a relationship with him and not me. THANK YOU
AND if you notice My co-worker volunteered her birth date and her exact time of birth. She knows that I did this.

I should have asked how long has your co-worker known this Leo man? What do you think about their relationship? Does she think you should date him? OK I will remember to ask those questions the very next time someone asks a question about his and her and her chart compatibility.
You came here and posted. I don't have to ask anything. You provided the details whether full or not. You asked which chart was compatible. We answered. So again, what is it you want to hear?
So this said evidence you seek is a bunch of E-OPINIONS? My darling, you have the definition of evidence confused. Evidence; verb- that which tends to prove or disprove something.
If she doesn't like him what could WE possibly say that YOU will relay to HER that makes any difference?
This even sounded strange typing it letting alone doing it.
"Hey friend, the Leo people on DXP said your chart is more compatible with the Leo therefore, you should pursue him and not me."
You really wanted to hear that your chart was THE chart. Otherwise, you would have simply posted your friends chart and the Leo chart and asked about compatiblity. If you are not interested in him , as you claim why would you insert your chart into the equation?
So you get mad at us because your motives are transparent.

Yea that mess was so see through. Just keep it real we don't care. You come in here with this looped story that doesn't make a lick of sense and want some advice.
Sometimes, I wish we had a guard at the Leo gate.
I really would like to know what these Leo men are out here doing to drive these women nuts.
there's something about leo men that sucks you in so deeply that you are never truly free of them again. they have a certain je ne said quoi which is very appealing. they're usually full of themselves too which drives the women nuts in particular. not for the faint hearted...but then neither is scorpio 😛
