Why I dont feel like a LEO? Can someone read my chart please?

hello all, I am a female Leo born 11/08/1988. I always hear and read about leos being confident and full of charisma. But I often find myself having self doubts and lack of confidence in doing any work. I dont feel any zeal or interest in my work and coz of this my career is also affected badly. I do have an ego and temper like leo, but somehow I wish I was more of the outgoing, full of confidence and successful lioness. 😢 Please help me in understanding what is the reason behind this.
