I met this libra guy with venus/mercury in libra and mars/pluto in scorpio. My first impression of him was that he was kinda shy/quiet but apparently he is not as shy as I thought he was. Just by looking at him, he comes across as an outgoing, confident, social kind of guy and behaves like that with others but he was quiet and just looked at me when we first met. Before I left I said something to him and the next day when he saw me, he initiated small talk and appeared very excitable and happy. So that made me totally confused! Overall he does have this gentle demeanor and a soft voice. I thought he was one of those popular, athletic flirtatious kind of guys that gets a lot of girls but maybe i'm wrong... Any thoughts on what his rising sign could be? Or any experience with shy libra guys in general?
