Hi I cant really give you the advice of a libra or insight but I have a libra friend whom I worked with he is with his wife and they have a son he is 28. He believes in a 2 person romantic partnership/bond, he is also a third decan libra. Maybe it's different placements on venus. Or maybe his morality and upbringing has to do with his ways. Then again what is your definition of Non-monogamy? Is he seeking other romantic/sexual relations?

His Venus is in Saggi and moon in Leo. Perhaps his upbringing, may have more to do with it. Yes, he loves the lady attention and not afraid to exploit it. Monogamy believes yes but not in practice on his end.

Oh trust me they like to tell when they are getting attention. But yes definitely the upbringing factors in there and where his mind is mentally. Venus in sagg sounds like a power struggle, a zest for many experiences and lighthearted.
