Can you help me in understanding this?

Hi,on my chart i have read:
Signs masculine 5 Signs of fire 3
Signs feminine 5 Signs of earth 2
Signs cardinals 4 Signs of air 2
Signs fixed 3 Signs of water 3
Signs mutable 3

What does it affects? I read that having perfect balanced masculine and feminine planets meant something but i don't remember...Can somebody help? Thanks

Wow. That seems very balanced to me.

I am all masculine signs Fire and Air ... very little of anything else. Looks down at curvy body, little shirt, high heeled shoes .... that doesn't seem right.

By the way phisically i am very thin,tall,with brown eyes and (long) hair.I am turned on by women with long hair,thin and with big breasts but i think that derives from my scorpio venus...But how the balancement between elements influences on the individual? Can anyone tell me something or show me a site?
