here is the condensed version of the situation:
Hot boy and I meet a month ago (he's a Libra he tells me), there's hella flirtation and phone number exchange, phone talks ??_ tells me how much he wants me yadda yadda .But then he doesn't follow thru on taking me out

See him a few days after that when I'm with a male friend of mine,he proceeds to ignore me and give me dirty looks.Leaves bar

Don't see him again till this past Monday . He buys me a drink and stares at me for an hr(but does not sit next to me to talk...just stares). Then as he is about to leave he grabs me and gives me a big hug.I thank him again for buying me a drink,he smiles and then leaves.

Then today requests to follow me on twitter but by the time I get on a computer to approve it he had unfollowed me.
