Decisive, but hard to maintain the decision

I'm a Libra/Scorpio cusp, making decision is easy for me, can be done in couple of days even the most serious of decisions, but the keeping of that decision is very hard. I find the Libra side of me is very soft as it can't really stay indifferent to suffering as a result of my decision, so, I end up still talking to people I should of cutting contact with. And this result in creating a big pot of confusion for others... sigh, anyone has similar problems? how do you deal with the soft part of your heart? becasue my decisions are firm, just confusing to carry out.

Being wishy washy after you've made a decision is worse than taking a long time to make one. Sure your decision may come days before mine but rest assured once I share my decision it does not change easily. It's always possible new facts are introduced and it can be revisited but there'd have to be substantial developments or oversights to reverse a well thought out decision.

As to dealing with the soft part of the heart... cut it out. It doesn't do you any good.

Can't do it?

Neither could I. 😢

I too have a lot of problems with this and don't know how to turn it off. You can however ignore it. If you recognize your heart leads you to trouble, start following your head... the one on your shoulders (the other often leads you to trouble too).

I have tried to answer this post a million times lol. the first time I said that i make decisions quickly but dont stick to them then i decided it takes me forever then i stick to them. Then I went away and thought about it and decided that: I make a decision quickly, quickly go back on it, ponder over it, finally come to a different decision, stick to it, but then forever wonder about whether or not it was the right one haha.
