i would say 95.8% of my life is unresolved.
This. It is so bad I thought of seeking professional counseling. I have so many relationships (platonic and personal) that have ended by me either cutting it off or just being plain indifferent to resolving issues. I just don't want to go there - emotionally. I don't consider it a good use of my energy and effort, especially since it's so easy to "charm" someone else and start fresh with lessons learned. But then you come to the realization that these are people too, with feelings, and as a human being you really have to muster up some courage and attempt to mend things. Meh...easier said than done.

Does it bother you
We are conflicted, yes.

We are willing to work toward resolving issues when a) we are in the wrong b) we feel our emotions have a safe place to fall and c) it is worth our emotional effort. Once those three criteria are exhausted, it will be very difficult for us to willingly attempt to resolve complex issues. Our biggest hope is that we can just blink our eyes and these complexities will just resolve itself, over time, without us doing anything, even if it means not having contact with that person again. Do we prefer that? No. But it's better than the alternative of getting into an emotional muck over an individual who may not be worth our energy.

I tend to let people float into my life and float out. If they float in again at a later date, I am usually always happy to see them.

While I was dating, I learned to resolve stuff for myself. If I didn't get closure, I chalked it up to incompatibility. If someone disappeared, I looked at the situation and said to myself, I want someone who wants to be with me. I also want someone who has integrity and treats me well. This guy isn't doing that so he is not a match and not compatible with me.

This helped me get my own closure.

I only have one relationship that is unresolved that I have never been able to wrap my head around. I have let it go but it still haunts me. But other than that, everything else is tidy in the closet.

I'm sure you don't. You're the same chick that came calling all Libras weak because one didn't oblige to your manipulation and apologize to you. This must be another one of your projections. Seems like you were forced to leave things unresolved huh? Tough luck.

I recently broke up with my Libra ex. I told him to move out and he did in a week without saying anything to me. He just got his shut while I was at work and moved into a friend's house. Then sent me a message saying I owe him for a cracked ipad screen so I told him the necklace I bought him is worth 170 which is more than the cost.

He didn't like that one bit so I blocked him

I can't live knowing something is unresolved. I will feel like if theres an error in one part of my life that i haven't yet resolved, I will work on resolving it. Now with relationships specifically, I don't like leaving arguments or etc unresolved but if my partner does not work on resolving the issue as well, I would just move on to someone better and not turn back
Moving on while something is unresolved doesn't necessarily resolve it.

It doesn't.
In a relationship it may take a while to be resolved fully. And once that happens it's like removing a tumor and then you can enjoy your life. I hate unresolved issues it disturbs me until I handle them.
