How do other libras handle silent treatment

Hello everybody

I have been looking at this site for years but just now joined... I alao posted this in the aquarius forum but would also like to hear what libras has to say about this..,

I have a cousin who is a aquarius. We have been SO close, just like sisters since we were born. Im 29 and she is 28. We were best friends

All of a sudden she gives me the silent treatment. This started june 2016. 2 months later i ask her "whats wrong?", and she says shes mad about something that i didnt even remember. She asked me if i could hang out over text, and i said i had a appointment with a friend - after a few text i say "hey why dont you come along". And that made her mad for 2 months, because why didnt i ask her in the beginning of us texting.. I told her to tell me next time she gets mad over little things like this because i didnt even realise that it would make her mad. And she agreed that she would tell me the next time..

For 1 month until september 2016 everything is good .. And then all of a sudden, i hear nothing from her. And because i know her so good and know she can be really stubborn i dont contact her either. Because i feel like i have done mine...i told her to tell me, communicate with me..,

January comes and it is her birthday, i wish her a happy birthday and tell her that i miss her. We go out and celebrate her.. After that i contact her a few times more to hAng out.

And thats it. She has been mad for almost a year over something she doesnt have the balls to talk about..

Im tired of trying.. But im also really sad over the situation, but i cant keep trying, she doesnt give something back...

What do you think? Is this normal aquarius behavior....and how do you libras handle this kind of behavior?
