Yes I believe so

After seeing this topic, I looked mine and my ex husbands juno up, we both have it in Leo.

Then I dug even further and looked up my lilith, it's in Libra. After reading about that, I read to look up true Lilith and Priapus , which is h13, h22.

Apparently these are the opposites searching for each other to merge. So I look this one up and sure enough mine true lilith, and lilith are conjunct my ex husbands Priapus. I think this explains more of why we are so hurtful to each other, we are way too all or nothing.

I just saw where an astrologer said "Look at the contacts to Juno and there ruler. So Juno is contact to Mars would be Aries."

He has Juno in contact with Neptune (Pisces) and Pluto (Scorpio) which is my Venus and Rising, Pluto as well.
