libra confused with falling in love??

im a libra girl and have been talking to this aqua guy for the past year on/off because he leaves but then comes back anywhere from 4 days to a month, he doesnt have much experience with girls and he moved multiple times throughout the year but still stayed in contact, then around beginning of summer i noticed he was more open and talkative he discreetly called me his gf and said 'i love you' and little hints like would say 'probably more in love with you' after saying things, so i thought he was starting to get feelings for me he would also talk about deep things with me, then out of nowhere he ignores me for 3 months then messages me saying he misses me and we had a really good conversation then he ignores me again and its been 2 months, i just dont GET it? its either he completely out of the blue got bored of me, or he was getting feelings but decided to run? how long can they ignore you for?

im a libra and its so easy for me to get over people and move on, but i just cant with him and ive tried but its so hard because we clicked so well and i have no idea whats going on with my emotions, i hate to be cliche but i sort of had this unconditional love and acceptance for him no matter what like he was so special i cant get over it.

if they actually loved someone can they really move on that quickly? or do you think he'll come back after a long period of time?

He has no idea what he wants and you're just there for him when he feels like putting out effort.

His words are empty and meaningless. You should take them with a grain of salt.

I don't know much about Aquas but if he's doing this then why bother. Aquas are air signs too so maybe he's disengaged from his emotions? Maybe the fact that you're always there to talk after he's ignored you makes him think he doesn't have to fight for you and can ignore you. If you really believe you two can make it work then try and pursue it, but go in with your guard up so you don't get hurt. If he sees some resisitance from you maybe he'll be more encouraged to come back. Some people in general often take space for themselves and out of nowhere bounce back. In the meantime try light heartedly dating, nothing serious but anything to take your mind off the Aqaua, who knows who you'll meet:-)

I have two words for you: RUN and AWAY. I am very slowly and excruciatingly extricating myself from something that may or may have not been a relationship with an Aquarian. It's all flowers and kittens and rainbows and pink hearts at the beginning. Then they start to like you. And their brain starts telling them, ABORT ABORT ABORT. They will disappear for days or weeks or months. They will deliberately ignore your texts and calls, all the while they're thinking about you and liking you from outer space. They have no concept of time or the negative effects they're having on your patience, your life, or your heart. If they come back (many Aquas here will say they always come back if they like you), they will act as if nothing ever happened, and if you show any degree of annoyance or anger with them, they'll think YOU are insane. They will never compromise, they will never change. Some women who say Aquas are amazing, the best, just wait for them, they're so worth it, blah blah blah are complete doormats, in my opinion. I'm a Libra and was VERY compatible with my former Aqua man, but I'm Libra enough to not put up with his BS after a month of being treated like a used couch left on the curb for someone else to make use of. wow thank you so much, i relate to you so much, i am so compatible with him and i thought he was starting to like me but i just dont get it, how do you get over the fact that he couldve been the one or had a really good relationship with you? im worried he will get a gf because ill be jealous and wonder why i wasn't enough. but i never questioned him when he left or was rude and ignored me etc so i dont understand why
