Libras are so indecisive!

I know things change, life changes, some of the decisions we make changes overtime but damn Libras can change their minds like every 5 minutes! It is so draining and frustrating. I have a Libra roommate who says he's going to move out but doesn't. Then the next day will say "Im moving out..." then the day he's suppose to move out he says he isn't anymore. I mean this was going on for almost two months! Then he was also juggling two girls at the same time for a year then finally picking one girl saying great things about her and that she is the one and now he doesn't know if she's the one anymore.

My ex friend is the same way towards me. She would say all these great things about our friendship then I wouldn't hear from her for awhile. When I would contact her she would say she is busy and cant hang but I see her on her social media site posting pictures of her and her other friends. Eventually 3 months later of this I dropped her from all my contacts and out of no where she messages me saying that she is hurt that I deleted her from my life when really she was the one ignoring me. I didn't know she still wanted to continue the friendship after countless times of contacting her.

Then this Libra guy I met a few months ago was consistently contacting me hardcore being charming, sweet, and talked of the future. We met a few years back and every time I bumped into him he would stare at me NONSTOP. Finally after bumping into each other again we exchanged numbers and met up just once with all our closest friends. After contacting me everyday for two weeks it eventually died down. Then I started to message him frequently but he would be short and say he's busy. He would always reply to my texts so I thought he was still interested. He would set up dates with me but never pull through...this happened 3 times and the last time I messaged him to come hang out because I was out downtown he said he had work early and tried setting up another date but I told him no because he's just going to flake again but he insisted on meeting up and of course the day of our date came, he never contacted me lol. A few weeks later I see on his Instagram that he has a girlfriend and posted pics of his "IN LAWS"!!!?? Then today, since my bestfriend is following him I see on her newsfeed that she liked a picture of him at his new job and so I snooped and I see him with a different girl that is he totally in love with!
So why do you Libras switch gears so quickly

I can never tell if you are interested or just being nice? I'm confused.

You can read Malcolm Gladwell.... I forgot the name of the book... where he talks about how most decisions are really made within 2 seconds or less. It's how you live with your iwn decisions that differs from sign to sign on the surface. Libras do not handle responsibility very well IMO.

What—? "Libra's do not handle responsibility very well"??. You couldn't meet a more responsible person. Responsibility is not something that I've ever had an issue with, and neither has any of my friends. Don't know where you got that mis-information from! We maybe a lot of things, but irresponsible is not one of them. Well, maybe you are talking about Male Libra's. Haven't had much experience with them.

Indecisiveness is Libra's great virtue. A lot of time and effort should be invested in many important decisions. If this were done more often, we'd see fewer wrongful convictions within the legal system.
