Can I offer you a little unsolicited advice?

First, Cosmo lied. The ability to deliver “mind blowing orgasms” will not make a man stay with you. All women with a vagina are capable of having sex.

Coming onto the forum, and saying ‘I like lingerie. Do you?’ Is kind of sickly sweet and the female equivalent of “look at me. look at me” because I have zero doubt that you know the answer to this question. So why pretend?

My best advice to young women is don’t pander. Respect yourself. Hold your own. Know that what you have between your ears is worthy of any man's time and attention. I think for most men, a woman than can match them intellectually and own herself (play by her own rules) is sexier and more desirable than any amount of lingerie.

If you like lingerie, buy it … but do it for YOU not for some guy.

Sometimes he rips my pants and panties off in one swell swoop which is really annoying. It's like, dude at least pretend to notice. Sheesh.

I like nice lingerie and wear it for myself to enjoy whether I have a partner or not.

I have my collection organized in categories including an "expendable" category for things that didn't cost much so if they rip while playing 😉, no big deal.

Another category is "special" which is expensive pieces that are ideal for photographs, and/or if I have a partner who is extra careful.

I prefer it when my partners like to see me in nice lingerie and enjoy helping me pick what to buy next. I like dressing up for partners so that's part of it. Some men are not interested so wearing it won't get their attention, but it's been a long time since I dated someone like that.

I'm all for invoking your inner goddess though I'm a firm believer in wearing lingerie the right way...it's all about accentuating lines and curves and playing with your identity of firm and figure when you shed your everyday clothes.....I can't stand current Victoria secret panties how they are low and horizontal across the waist, they make the torso look longer than it needs to be, I like the 80s over the hip bikini style like what Brazilian women wear....either way it's heaps of fun

Honestly I don't own any lingerie. I don't knock it. I have seen some gorgeous sets. Some of my homegirls do burlesque and their outfits are perfect. One of their favorites is from Trashy Diva. They even sell vintage style dresses.

I feel I have it together when my bra and panties match. 🙂

This reminds me of a quote the other day, something along the lines of "Women don't dress for men. They dress for themselves/to "out dress" other women. If women were to dress for men, they'd just run around naked."
