Married Libras,
From what I can tell, and knowing a few Libras, they truly want their partners to be their best friends even before they get married. Is this how they feel connected?
It's like this. The feeling you need to get is the one where you Libra thinks 'when I am with him there is noone else or nothing that I miss'...
Is that a best friend? Don't know, but very special...
