well it is not going to be over in a minute. it is important to set a routine even when we work from home.
i do>> check messages, breakfast, do some work, workout 10am-ish, shower, lunch, work work work, in the afternoon i get bored (snack/tea, belly dance?), work some more, dinner
Oh, believe me. I know it won't be over in a minute. After work today, it is very clear we have much more to go through lol.
On my 4 days off (usual) I make jewelry, dream catchers, meditate, catch up on chores, read, sit on my ass and listen to music, take baths, a ton of yoga in different style s... now I've added sanitizing the hell out of everything from paranoia of bringing sht home from the hospital lol. Kiss that surface corona and MRSA byebye. It's all self care to prepare for work weeks ahead. Never know crazy it will get.
The most important part is keeping track of my kid and her learning. Huge deal to be missing this much school. She is pretty active with volleyball and dance too. So gotta keep her sagittarius butt entertained. It's not always such an way task.click to expand

I have a preteen. I am now acting home school teacher and directing online learning for my tween because school is closed until April. Luckily I am on vacation for a bit. This keeps me busy during the day and my mind off snacking. Good times....

There must be a bit of Taurus in you somewhere, they are struggling atm hehe. You're probably suffering a bit of stress atm so hard to have the usual control. Just avoid social media for a while, lots of fearmongering going on, might help you get control back.
