What's up with Libra?! Part II

OK, I've been hot and cold with libra's presence these few weeks. Hot meaning I've just started to worm up to him again after I was so cold for so long. Well I gave in and text him saying I needed to talk to him. well he was busy over the weekend and said he could talk to me on Monday(this past Monday). Well we were at work so I couldn't talk and then he came over and said "you want to talk now". Well I thought what's the point now because he was leaving for a month and then after that he was leaving to his country for time off and training. I just wanted to talk about the nature of our relationship and hopefully we could just move past the bull since we work together.

So all I said was don't worry about it and good luck with his work trip.

I think he was excited to talk to me one on one, but it seemed so off. I will leave it till next time we see each other, which will be a long time from now.
I think i get mad because he acts like he doesn't care but then i get that he still wants to try with me....

Why do I get this vibe from him?

"If you did have that talk with him about the relationship. I betcha he would either avoid answering... get alittle offended to where its now on you, or give you a read between the lines answer."

That's exactly what he would do. I've been on that ride before. I know the scenario would playout exactly like what you describe. And on the other hand if i don't say anything he won't for a long time. So i like to put it out there first so we can get the ball rolling.

Part I: tells how we were friends and then things went into a much deeper level and then he pissed me off, then i didn't talk to him for months. and he was soooo trying, but he is scared to talk to me. I see he is very insecure.
