Why do libra men seem so cold, and ignore you?

I met this guy about six months ago. Libra. Hot, Sexy, Caring, he's almost addictive. He sometimes go cold on me, which leaves me confused. He admits he's a moody person. As much as I wanna run away from him, what ties me to him is that he's soo caring, and warm.

I love this man, and wants it to work. But i just want to understand Libra men better. Do i stay away when you're just reading my messages and not replying—?? Give you time to come back? You always come back, not sure why, but damn why are you so indecisive??

It may not be fair but the best thing you can do is be consistent even when we are not. We are always weighing and evaluating things. It's not intentionally testing you or anything (at least not for me) but that is what it turns into intentional or not. If I have a bad couple days and you bail on me, it doesn't bode well for us long term. Afterall, I'll be there when you are having a rough spot.
