Why do Libras complain so much?

Help me out?

I work with some libras and they complain alot and tend to make up alot of excuses to cover their laziness.

Not all Libras are like that.

If anything, my Virgo and Aqua employees are the ones who complain a lot like they're indispensable.

I don’t think your question is a good one. I’m actually obsessed with people not knowing where I stand on things. I don’t like people knowing how I feel or what I’m thinking. Unless I’m putting them in their place.

I’m sure I’m not the only Libra like this.

Or perhaps it’s not a libra thing at all; it might be more of a women thing, complaining.

Lmao my Libra man complains a lot about certain things.

but I understand why he would complain about not getting enough sleep when it relates to work. I just hear him vent 🙂

They don't really confront their predicaments head on (like Cancers), in fact they can downright evade them in a delusive manner (like Pisces). However the ones who don't retreat into their mind will hold onto their conflicts for later.

Imagine your Libra friend is over for some sir loin. It's quiet time at the dinner table, after a couple of angry bites they abruptly yell, "FUCK, I SHOULD'VE SAID THAT." Leaving you and the mash potatoes muddled.

She is good at passing the buck to someone else.

I recognized the laziness and slowness of libras and empathize.

So I started asking for things 2 months in advance and gave all the routes to get me what I need.

Still...still

Things are late. Things are wrong.

That's even if we get to the work.

They are good at commanding the first voice and saying why something wasn't done.

2 months.

And you were given all the answers.

Instead of actually doing to work, it would seem that they spend more time thinking of excuses to not do the work.

Even when I set you guys up for success, the success of the group.

It's like you scoff in the face of those who have recognized your weakness and who have tried to help you.

Maybe it's my Saturn in Libra that can't stand the bad habitz.
