WHY LIBRAS CUT OF CONTACTS THEN APPEAR AGAIN HOT

I can't understand why Libra disappear after every time we meet. The last time, we took seriously about meeting his parents next time . This time I met his friends . Next time , to meet his family. Is he afraid of something ? Or he just don't feel good the dustance between us ? We are not living in the same place . After I leave from him, every time he cut off the contacts for about 1-2 weeks. Why is is doing this ? My friends told me it is because he need time to reacomodate without me there and is feels sad when I leave from him. Then he appear again and say " I miss you" , " I love you" , " I want to see you", etc..
Some peoples think Libras will look after other girls even when they are hand in hand with you. Well, for my Libra this is not true. He consider me the most important person near by him when I am there, he always likes to show up this thing to everyone around and he never look after other women when I am there.
Is hard to understand this attitude of disappearing and appearing act wihout a word or something.

Are you contacting him during these periods or just waiting for him to get back to you? I know I like when people contact me instead of me trying to initiate all the communication. Often I am the one who reaches out to people and often I feel like perhaps I might be annoying them. When that happens I slide away for a bit and see if they contact me. I did this with the girl I was pursuing when she moved away as I wanted to see if it was just me or if perhaps something was there. 10 days later she did contact me, so at the very least I knew we were friends.

My advice is, when he does stop the contact, just shoot him a text/email/IM letting him know you are thinking of him. Not everyday, but maybe once or twice a week. I know it always makes me happy to get a text every once in awhile from someone I am pursuing. It let's me know that I am doing the work for a reason instead of for nothing. We love to talk and any partner we have will have to want to talk through things or there will be problems.
