astral projection is immposible to be done

I tried many times to make astral projection I alway get bored and stop practicing what can I do I want to continue anyone know an easy way to do so . Anyone know how to make it by lucid dreaming and please tell me how to make lucid dreaming and then how to use it to astral project 😄
