The first thing I said was "Damn dude, you got nothing in you" cuz your creases aren't bold.. They almost match the rest of your skin... What I mean is, you might feel empty in life.
But from what I can see, you are internally all over the place, because some lines are touching.
The curvature of the heart line (red dots on the ends) tells me that you have favorite objects you hold dear to you and you might have obsessive thoughts over things that you enjoy.
You also got no fork/branches in your heart line and that tells me you won't be one for marriage, or be a source to the extension of your family - if you don't intentionally act on it. ( ex.Having kids, and most kids are unplanned PFFTFTT..)
There is a fain't break in the heart line, going towards the first finger;
Which tells me you have had hardship in relationships or you don't see much love in your encounters in life. It also broke under the middle finger, so you may be quick to break up with others (give a fuck you) real quick to those you got some bond or connection with.. But really don't mean it unless it's very very serious.

This line is fairly straight, and if you have not delved into science or mathematics - you my be capable.

You can get to the bottom of things or problem solve, hide behind shit to do it. You do this because your imagination runs your impulse on "what if I did this". The many forks/branches reveals to me that you suffer some health issues.. Probably easily dizzy or headachy person. Might need a therapist too..
