Soul Searching and Personal Growth

Consistent spiritual and emotional growth and development is very important to me. I requested a board for it but was suggested to post on the Health board or here. I decided on Metaphysical because I like approaching self evaluation from an astrological perspective based on my chart and occasionally factoring transits.

I don't know where to begin. I just know that I feel I have not even come close to living my potential and I can improve in many areas.

Anyone else up for some soul searching and growing? 🙂

I haven't posted because I've been just gathering my thoughts and pondering where to begin... I can think forever and ever and ever though (INTP) so I need to just get to it. I suppose I will start by talking about my life philosophies. One concept that I realized when I was young (teenager) is one of the reasons I was drawn to the concepts of astrology, specifically natal charts... Instead of seeing the craziness in the lives of people around me and being overwhelmed by the chaos and injustice I decided that we all have different lessons to learn, and different strengths and weaknesses, and it must all balance out in the "end."

I've been focusing more lately on making meditation and yoga a priority. It really helps me to find my mental balance and center.
