Tricky memory?

What if places pop into your head instead of people?? Places you were years ago. A yard, a bench, a house, a room...sometimes only a thing I have seen before. (a table or something minor) Every time just for a moment. Then it goes away just as quickly.

I noticed I were there around the same time of the year as it is now. Is it simple recalling?

the journal of these mind pop-ups says things that trigger these memories are still in a blur in psychology.

I get this with dreams. Il randomly remember a dream I hadn't been conscious of since I dreamt it out of nowhere. This and song lyrics..?I always pay attention when an obscure Beatles track pops into my head when I'm in the middle of a serious conversation or meeting. I usually Google the lyrics and get a whole other perspective on the issues I'm trying to resolve in my head..?
