twin flame question

im new to this twin flame concept. my question is, when two 'twin flames' come face to face with one another, do they usually see the other person as being 'perfect'?
not ideal perfection obviously, but 'the perfect match', 'the one', 'i found you at last' type of feeling/recognition? is that what it feels like to recognize your twin flame for the first time/(the first stage)?

yes. when I look at my twin, I see and feel that this is where I should be. He is my home, my SOULS home. He is the best thing ever happened to me. You can feel that your soul is interwined with your twins soul and they merge together perfectly. it is an amazing relationship.

That's exactly what I thought too. Because when I look at my twin flame I see perfection. He's everything I ever dreamed of. Literally, I fantasized about him before I even knew he existed.
