I would like to try some traditional *Thanksgiving* food tomorrow ~ what are ye all going to cook?

Was only in the States once for the day and i remember there was turkey, mash and green beans, can't remember much else.

Tonight is Friendsgiving aka 7x Uber Surge Night

I was gonna do roasted Brussels sprouts with olive oil, mirin, balsamic vinegar, crushed red pepper, & garlic and try to make enough for tomorrow & a work potluck on Friday. Fuck it, I'm just gonna get a couple Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pies.
