I remember when you could leave your kids in the car with the windows down without being arrested.
As a child I always wanted to be left in the car when my mom went into the store. Back in 1990 and before that was still an ok thing to do.
-When M*A*S*H* or Showtime At The Apollo came on, you automatically got tired.

-You realized Friends bit off Living Single.
-Slow dances. Do these still exist anymore because you can't slow dance to modern R&B. I think I want to start a Slow Jams/Slow Dance Night here.
-Chivalry was a virtue & not considered a sign of weakness.
-Being able to smoke in bars. The first day of the indoor smoking ban in Chicago was horrible because that's when I realized people fucking smell.

I remember knowing this cool little trick for phones back in the day. You could push some random numbers, then hang up and the phone would start to ring. It was super fun to do to payphones.

I enjoyed being outside and playing in the woods getting all dirty and finding reptiles and bugs all day till I was a teen lol.
I wonder if kids still do that? I imagine they do. I still see kids together at the park by my house all the time when the weather is nice. I like to imagine they are still doing the same things I did when I was a kid. Its unfortunately its even more looked at as unsafe then it was when i was a kid.
