i did the squat, now im doing the lunges and abs.
im in the gym for an hour and 15 a day. i do strength training moves that combine different body parts.
these lunges are killin me. wow, i had no idea that these muscles were so underdeveloped

I just stumbled across this website and i think its superb. I did the squat challenge last month in addition to my normal routine.
Its like having my own personal trainer.
They have for a lil black dress...cute lol
