Oh dear. A retired Rear Admiral of the United States Navy no less.
hmm
I'm looking at Sheriff Joe's mugshots today, and I notice the mug of the day is of a man in the slam for plotting terrorism against some federal buildings here in AZ.
So I google the man, and all the newsies are referring to him as a "Teenager"

"Garcia said Khan planned to commit terrorism against government buildings in Pima and Maricopa counties."
Khan faces two charges: conspiracy to commit terrorism and terrorism, Garcia said.
Ok, so.... He "planned to" commit terrorism and he committed terrorism.
"act of terrorism - the calculated use of violence (or the threat of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation or coercion or instilling fear"

Something like this, I presume.

Let's recall what Michael Brown's step-father, Louis Head, had to say following
Brown's mother Leslie "McSpadden", had to say in response to the Grand Jury's decision
concerning Darren Wilson.
They did not like the decision, and in the heat of the moment, they incited riots.
"No Justice, No Peace" - that slogan is, in fact, a terrorist threat.
You know happens if you cannot pay your property taxes? The state can take you're property away.
While it may not be a threat of violence, that's really no different than terrorism. These things happen
and people have committed suicide because of the US Government.
It's also happened all around the globe.
Seems to me the national origin of the name "Mahin Khan" is Persian/Iran but the name Mahin
Khan also suggests Hindi

Here is a sample name:

Yanno, at first I would have said that his Aries Moon fueled Gemini fat trap just went yap yap yap with a bunch of hot air, but with all the secrecy surrounding the proceedings of his court hearing it will be interesting to see what the feds found.
Did Mohammed 0bama have anything to say about this latest act of terrorism in the middle east, which is largely the result of his total refusal to support and defend our allies in the Iraqi government?

"These acts of mass murder are yet another example of Da'esh's contempt for human life," said State Department John Kirby, using another term for ISIS. "From Baghdad to Istanbul, Brussels, Dhaka, and Paris, Da'esh terrorists murder the innocent to attract attention and recruits. They will not succeed."

Looks like they already have, John Kirby.
Looks like you are a bit late to the party, John.
Convenient that you left San Bernardino and Orlando out of your cute little list of latest greatest
pick and choose terror attacks. What's that you say? That's not your carefully worded list?
