I think for the first time in 3 years working in the hospitality/customer service industry I was straight-up told "fuck you."

Oh it was by a woman with an obvious inferiority complex...
while explaining to her that she really needs to speak with a manager about her issue because it's not something I normally handle, and don't want to confuse her or give her the wrong information...and I didn't think I could explain it as well as my manager... she took that I was calling her dumb and was like "fuck you, I think you're the one that's dumb and doesn't understand..."

Lol actually she's going to complain about me for sure because after her little tantrum I told her she was inappropriate, and then just kept repeating, "I'm sorry you're going to have to speak to a manager." I probably said it like 15 times until she finally gave up and gave me her number for the mgr to call.

I don't really give a fuck. 🙂

There's bitch for every asshole ^_^. I wouldn't worry, they always think they're doing something important when they 'talk to the manager' about you. If you're manager knows you really well then I wouldn't worry, she can suck it.

I have a thing for airports too! I don't fly much because I can't at the moment but OMG, I love the airport, I can't describe it.

It's cheaper for me to take the Greyhound bus but the bus station is nothing like the airports -- it's a different feel.
