A Leader or A Follower?

In relationships (platonic and otherwise), do you prefer to be the leader or to be the follower?
Would this differ in between different relationships (platonic, love, marriage, work etc.)?

i do hate having to manage people. like i don't have the patience to teach them the ropes. i don't want to give them tid bits of advice because astrologically i'm awesome because of my chart. but then i care about everyone under me. so like i care and don't care...

This seems about right since you see yourself more as an entrepeneur than a manager/employee. Entrepeneur envision the bigger ideas and greater future, they aren't meant to manage nor should they need to deal with the day to day. Although even as an entrepeneur one should be knowlegeable about everything that happens beneathe them. The success of an entrepeneur lies in their ability to lead and innovate, breaking new grounds, a leader must know the intracacies of its own players on the chess board, making the correct moves and pulling the right strings in the inter connected web, without this ability, the entrepeneur might as well, create nothing.

I usually do my own thing 90% of the time. I'd say I'm neither leading or following. When it comes to a romantic relationship though it just really depends on my partner whether I lead or follow. I know it's a bit of a wishy-washy answer but it's as accurate as I can describe it lol.

As for marriage it's not something I even think about or plan for. If it happens then it just happens. Work related things I never like to lead but I almost always end up in leadership position so I guess I'm doing something right there!
