I can usually figure things out on my own but apparently not here lol.

I tried to upload a profile pic...I got the message the photo uploaded but clearly it's not thereβ€”

Also how do I copy smtg posted by another user when I want to comment on it?

Any other helpful tips are appreciated πŸ™‚

You'll see a "quote" in the right corner..right after the date and time.

For the pic..I've had that problem a lot..days go by until it changes. When I first tried uploading one it told me the dimension is wrong.

The profile pic will take about 24 hrs to show-- you may see it though when you click on your profile.

Also, on the right hand side of a post (in the grey space, next to time and date), you should see the "quote" link.

That's happened to me before-- I'm not sure what the dimension requirements are.

I just scale the pic down, when that happens-- somewhere under 500 or so.

To put pictures and gifs in your posts:

Use imgur to upload photos and from the menu in the right..chose the html code.

There's an easier way with img src I think? I still don't know how to use that πŸ˜„

i don't think dimensions matter as much as file size. correct me if I'm wrong, but dimensions could be anything, though it's wise to make it as square as possible or the pic gets stretched.

i generally try to keep my pics around 60 KBs or less. no issues.
