It's negative because ultimately your boundaries are lowered and you're not in control of when they visit you.
Try saying "no" to them (it's not always the same spirit every time, one can act as a gateway holding the door for others) and you'll run into bigger problems.
Once a demon has access to you like that - it's all gravy until it's time to close the door. That's the hard part. Happened to member here last year and nearly ruined her.

Understandable. Do you feel it is a portal to a wider meaning, a bigger view on life for you? Because that's what I've heard before.
Ultimately though it is quite normal. It's a result of things in your life that wear down your resolve and bring your inhibitions to the surface. Just be careful it doesn't isolate you from the genuinely supportive relationships in your life that give you the strength to find and hold onto your inner resolve. Because that it not in the demon's best interests, it is in yours. Your interests are not aligned in that sense, no matter how much "they" may seem like good company.
I always see a bigger view on my life - always.
And yes, it makes me quite discerning in relationships... detached, "un-needy."

the internet is a great resource for anything you need to understand. Spirituality, religion, philosophy, ect. But sadly it's not really as in-depth as going to school for it in my personal opinion. this is a great Saturn in Sagittarius adventure. going back to school/learning. Working to find out about what bothers you. 🙂

Like, I'm curious to know how one would go about living if say your 'incubus' were in love with you and what would happen if you told it to leave. I have had experiences of sleep paralysis though where I thought I was being held down by a ghost or a demon, but I have put pieces of that puzzle together and have found that the "ghost" only happens to visit when my sleeping patterns are choppy. I.e if I take a nap at 7-10pm then stay awake until 3 or 4 am, then try to sleep again..upon going to sleep I will experience that being unable to move.
You say its stress induced? From my experience with what I thought was paranormal, maybe your needs aren't being tended to appropriately. Do you tend to rely on this incubus for release?

There is a series by Anne Rice that actually has all that you described a writer would use. The series starts out with the book, "The Witching Hour." This is the book that caused concern with my condition.
It is not always stress induced... perhaps stress makes the spontaneous orgasms accompany with a vivid impression.

If you actually believe it's an incubus, then you should read up about it. Maybe it'll scare you into taking a stand against it. Incubi (and succubi) are said by some to steal your life force during their exchanges. If you're okay with dying early for some good sex dreams, then I guess that's fine.

When it first started happening, it was due to stress. I was a preteen. I would be taking a test, I forget the answer, and then next thing you know??_ orgasm. One so intense, I had to fight to finish the test, most times unsuccessfully.
I found it consoling and special when I didn't know that it was an incubus. I called it spontaneous orgasms. But, I can no longer deny that there is a presence often associated with the experience.
