Attraction very intense/billy type of people almost psychopaths

I have made a thread like this in the past, but I never really asked about aspects

I attract either VERY genuinely nice people OR VERY mean people. It’s not even me being psycho. A lot of the times these psychos or intense people are strangers, family members or classmates etc

Situations:

1)crossing the street before car was even close to me. Like 40 feet. I had time to cross and the driver when was passing me started yelling at me calling me names and laughing

2) sometimes attracting strangers calling me foul names or overall just yelling at me.

3) co workers outing me, ignoring me but being sweet to everyone else. Even bullying me to a certain extent. I had a boss even do this to me.

4) this man i saw at a donut shop found out where I worked although I never spoke to him in my life. He came to my job and started talking to me. I have no fucking clue how he found out where I worked. He started talking to me at work weird as fuck. Very very intense vibe

5) some family members give me stink eyes when they think I’m not looking or throw petty comments and shade. Example: my cousin sent a picture in family chat of a women’s butt. The outfit was kind of sexual and you can see her undies. I asked her why she would do that. She wrote a paragraph saying how disgusting it was. Why would she sent this in the FAMILY group chat. And she is 35 years old. Are you a child? I called her out saying why would you take a picture of someone if you don’t want to look? Would you like someone to take a picture of you without your permission? That’s bullying to me. It threw me over the edge. She even sent another pic hours later with the caption this is for you victoria. I always sense she is psycho. That’s not really proof, but it’s petty. Years ago during my bday we went to a restaurant and she had the waiter sing to me and I had to stand up. She didn’t even ask me for my permission. She was laughing the whole time. She went to a very good college and has a good job, yet she acts this way
