People need to quit thinking they're bad. They're only bad if in excess, like anything can be. It's all about moderation. Carbs is the main fuel source our body uses and yet we have a shit ton of diets revolving around anti carbs. :/
I started increasing my carb intake, because i am losing weight, I am tall with high metabolism, I train and work hard and use a lot of stimulants and I think i need more carbs in my diet, my diet was mainly meaty food and fat. problem with carbs is that they make me sleepy ! but i doesnt matter i can add more stimulants 😄
