Big or Small, Which Do You Prefer

was talking to a girlfriend earlier today. She and her husband just finished an intensive workout class thingy that they were taking together over the course of about 3 months. Her husband is REALLY skinny so the notion that he's doing excessive cardio and losing weight baffles me.

My friend has always been attracted to "slight" men though. Her boyfriend prior to her husband was even skinnier. I have another friend who is a bit larger who also prefers smaller men. She says it's because if things ever got physical between them, she knows she'll be able to take him out.

Where some of my friends tend to go for uber-skinny guys, I'm the opposite. I once dated a really skinny guy and it was horrible. Now don't get me wrong. The guy was really cute and he was fun to talk to (Gemini) but laying on his chest sucked. All I felt was straight rib cage. I could literally feel his heart beat in such a way that it was like listening to a drum beat. So although I was attracted to him in a general level, it killed me that his waist was smaller than mine.

I honestly prefer bigger dudes. Not necessarily fat but a few extra pounds are whatever. I could deal with an "average" sized man but the taller the man, the broader the shoulders, the more i lose my mind. So much so that most of the men I've dated have been over 6' and at the very least, 220lbs.

Big men are like life sized teddy bears. When they hug you, it's as if you're being swallowed in love. When they stand next to you, it's like you're in the shadow of a knight in full armor. And when they have sex, there's no question where you belong.

So that leads me to my question, what do body type do you prefer in a man and why?

my ex he goes to the gym all the time....even runs during lunch at work he is seriously busting hi balls to get the body he wants but he always looks the same to me....hes got a nice body and stuff but i think he just needs to relax and not be such a machine.

Meh, I've never been one to care about body type beyond health concerns. I've liked guys that were fat, buff, lean, and some where in between. I don't care if a guy has abs because it's unimpressive to me. Generally a guy that is healthy is nice, so that normally means I will not be attracted to a guy who is anorexic, steroid-ish, or diabetic looking.
