Get your mind out of the gutter lol, what I mean can your bones start growing again? Heres the thing I've been taking Coconut oil pills for the last 2 months or more. I've gained weight but I'm losing inches I can't figure out why I've gained 10 pounds in a month WTF. I know you don't judge weight loss by the scale.

I'm a typical crab man I do have broad shoulders heavy bone structure, big hands etc stand around 70 inches tall. I do gain muscle quickly but not 10 pounds quickly, I have noticed I've gone back to my larger pants again the waist isn't tight the smaller pants are too tight on my legs and seat area. I'm at 194 pounds, I guess I'm gaining muscle faster than I thought.

Stumped where the weight is coming from.

according to some sources coconut oil is the worlds most friendliest weight loss fat

the thing I've noticed about my weight is that it fluctuates like crazy meaning ill be chubby one day and then 2 days later ill be ripped as fuck lol

if you going through a chubby phase its like a slingshot preparing you to shed when u start working out so get off your ass

I'm not fat I wear 34 inch waist pants my body fat around 20% . Some things I have noticed in the last little while is my shirts are getting tight in the shoulders. I already wear large shirts so they will fit my shoulder span. Maybe I'm gaining muscle bulk on my back and shoulders. I have gained more muscle mass on my legs

Coconut oil is good for muscle growth I've noticed a difference it increases your metabolism too.

I changed my life style got myself back into shape, stress in my life and unhealthy diet I got way over weight. May be this weight gain I'm seeing is from muscle gain I don't lift weights I don't want to get any bigger than I'm now, trying to get leaner.
