Sweet Home Alabama. Catchy! 🙂
Kenny Rogers. Hmm. Well. Not my thing.

There was something compelling about "Fade into You." I liked the guy, but the girl I liked only in passages. Why is she trying to look and sound like a doll(however dolls sound...😉?

Commodores, I believe, are really talented! Smooooth. 🙂 Was that Lionel Richie, btw?

Thank you! 🙂
You're welcome. You should give that Kenny Rogers number another shot...focus on the lyrics and what they're trying to convey...country music is all about telling a story. And yes that was indeed Lionel Ritchie back in his afro puff days 🙂.

Listened to Kenny Rogers again, really focusing on the lyrics. But being extreemely critical when it comes to different texts(including lyrics) and being a total country noob was probably not a great combo when it came to that tune. Sorry.

Hehehe Yes, you don't even need the music to enjoy that clip. That hair is so incredibly awsome! 🙂

Thanks again! 🙂

... as if this shit is ok just because it's a different genre from country
Imo, nothing is good or bad or ok or not ok just because it is or isn't a certain genre. It's all about the specific tunes. I do think that I am less likely to enjoy listening to a country tune than I am listening to a tune of most other genres, though. But I don't think you can generalize genres like that, no.
