Do you look forward to bed?

I get sucked into my phone so much before bed, im constantly reading, watching, posting, chatting etc before I go to bed, my bed time is usually 3 or 4, I love staying up researching tech, cosmos, esoteric, science, history anything that interests me, but its when I put my phone down and get into bed that I really look forward to because I get to think about mermaids and space ships, its what makes me sleep.

My friend is hilarious I cant sleep at his house because he sleeps with storm clouds BLARING and its constant rumbling, crackle and BOOM!..

What do you guys think about before you sleep?

I friggin love my bed! Well not so if im not sleepy so I stay away from it until right before then or its gonna turn love/hate-kinda like me with Cap's. LOL.
