Driving to An Unfamiliar Neighborhood
Is it alright? What necessary precautions should I take?
This place, my mum says, has spectacular views. It's on top of a cliff overlooking the sea and the perfect-coned Mayon Volcano.
I'm intrigued so I want to visit and see for myself what's in there.
