I have heard there was a dxp gathering wayyyy back, not sure in which year, but keep in mind dxp has existed since 1997.

I don't think anyone made any big gathering event successful just yet.
I don't think people are interested or serious about it.

Should we have it in March of next year or June of next year. I also posted this same thread on the Virgo forum a lot of people on that one also said Vegas. I think that I would have it at a huge hotel suite and hire a bartender ect...

Also some of the rooms in Vegas are as low as $ 40 per night, so the only large expense would be the plane ticket, unless you plan to get there by car.

Most suites have one or multiple rooms/bedroom so if some people wanted to crash at the suite I wouldn't have a problem with that. You never know the hotel may give group discounts for people who want to get their own room.
