Omg I’m so socially awkward and I need help with a response that he messaged me. Please be nice. I’m just so infatuated with this guy and can’t think straight and yes I know what he means haha. My flirting is usually direct but I need help with subtlety

Got you. He's actually doing really good. All your really aiming to do is match the energy and keep it light and flirty. Here's some options:

Dirty, but funny (misinterpretation):

"I've never known a man go hard for 6-7 weeks. I would be happy with 20 minutes".

Cleanish:

"I'm a gym bunny, but always looking for new techniques. 😉"

Or

"I'm not a gym bunny maybe you can show me some moves" 😉

Dirtyish:

"Eating is cheating " 😉

Direct, but not sexual:

"Are you asking me out for food?" Personally I would add "say please and I won't say no", but I'm a man.

Logical, but testing

"What did you have in mind, [his name]?"

The last one could well be the best I'm a huge fan of simplicity.
