Hi ALL was I missed?

hi everyone, I had been gone for a month, and omg I was going crazy, I had no internet. I moved, and the house I moved into,,had no phone jacks,,and I got dialup, I know get cable but I owe them money,,lol..so then I had this problem with the phone company gettin a past bill squared away and til it was they wasnt installing the phone jacks,,omg,,sooo I just got everything completed. And to say I am more happy at this house,,I dont own I am renting, I preferr to rent,,make the landlord fix everything,,lol if you think about it,,no taxes,,and repairs are free and I dotn have to worry about fixing anything major,,lol,,ok I know theres benefits of owning,,but let me dream,,lol..
So how was everyones april? mine is raining ,,still is and we are into may now,,lol and school will be ending soon,,,ugh, I want it to ,,means sleeping in ,,but there goes my free day time,,lol I cant wait til summer gets here and the weather makes up its mind about what season are in,,yeah it snowed last week,,and its beenin the 40s here...this is may,,,please send me some sunshine..lol ok Im done for now,,I will vent some more later,,lol

but if u are renting ... u are paying someone elses loans off for them. if u buy u are building equity in your own house. i put 8 thousand down on my house five years ago and property values have sky rocketed where i live.....if and when i sell im gonna walk out with at least 60 thousand back. hmmm.

anyway i dont know u but of course i missed u.lol.

hello AK, of course you were missed. Yah, settling into a new place is always rough. I remember when I moved, my place was so old, it took nearly a year to get my cable going because the wiring was shot. My april is rainy too, but it's part of what I love about spring.

Thanks cj, yes I know all about the benefits of owning. but do you really ever own. got to pay taxes. mortgages. ya know. but if I change my mind , I have the option to but this house as well. 🙂
aww ty sTD. I love spring too,,and fall. my favorite seasons. lol not too cold or to hot, cept now,,ugh,,lol my flowers I planted are suffering.

yeah... i have no intention of actually paying this thing off.....but i find comfort in knowing that the money im putting into it will come back to me and ill be able to get some really cool things with it. thats how im gonna get my boat.🙂

in florida spring and fall are my favorite seasons.....not that the winters are bad but summer is so damn hot and humid. its nice to work all day and not start sweating every time u go outside.🙂 i love being able to open the windows and not have to run the air or heat.
