And for Thanksgiving... Alice's Restaurant
Christmas in July 🙂
omg beer and steak!
"Christmas in July" is used as a fund raising event in the US for various non-profits (and a few BBQs play up on the idea too... any excuse for Beer and Steak!!)
But, TOC, for you Christmas SHOULD be in JULY!!! It's a winter holiday 🙂
@TV, you weren't that off...
Still, any excuse for beer and steak... when I was with my ex we had bday parties for the dogs and invited all kinds of folks over with their dogs for just that purpose!!! LOL
The spirit of Christmas starts spreading as soon as the "-ber" (September, October, November, December) months start in the Philippines.
I'm not exactly sure why but its awesome that the atmosphere stays nice for four months...
I freaking love the Christmas parols. They supposed to represent the Star of Bethlehem.
HAHA! mum used to say din dins
The beach, the shore, the ocean or the Cape... take you're pick 🙂

so do you guys celebrate christmas on your summer?how does that work?
From what I gather, yep! I have a really good friend out in New Zealand and she tells me about Christmas at the beach in her bikini and firing up the bbq. Sounds frigging awesome.
I think they look great above entrances. They hang like wind chimes.

Isn't it amazing how suddenly Christmas appears the first day of Autumn? I haven't quite figured out where the holidays prior to Christmas went already...Anyway, my fav seasonal (holiday) song 🙂
and why am I posting today... they're discussing the concert on the radio - they are amazing IMO
(oh, and Kmart has Christmas trees in already... )
Yea I got a little angry when I saw a Christmas commercial already. Fall is my favorite time of the year. I'd like to actually ENJOY it before I have to worry about the holiday.s
