I guarantee I could beat every single one of you in a boxing match. Especially the OP. Bro gives off bitch made vibes. I love when people think basic workout is even close to daily labor muscle. My stamina and brute force would cave your little head in lmao! I've got a mean unforgivable left hook, and you small little men under 6'3 couldn't even make me budge 😆
Work out? Actually try real work. You sound like a weak little bitch 💀

So are you more quick on your swings or your feet?

If I ever fight someone it means my life is in danger, so I would go 0 to 100 Taurus mars enraged and use my weight and size to grab their throat and squeeze with all my strength till they stop breathing. Then justify it as self defense because they fucked up by challenging me first.

The only thing you're fighting is the urge to get another pudding out of the fridge

40 hours a week and then some good cardio on the weekends and an actual work out a couple times a week to keep the right muscles working.

Physically demanding role to do 40 hours a week?

Yeah farm work. It isn't ideal though because its quite anarobic and not near a gym, I used to go 2 or 3 times a week and I liked that. I gotta find a way to get back to that.

And I genuinely love doing a farmers carry. I assume as a farmer you would have some cool home gym set up making use of tractor tyres

I just have a kettle bell at home and a pull up bar. Actually it's enough if I just put the effort in.

I love kettlebells, such a versatile bit of kit. I really started strengthening my core once I began to utilise them.

My exercise is a combination of jogging, doing squats, dancing, and sometimes lifting light weights 3 /4 times a week.

I used to dance a lot but lately I realized even light exercise can give you nice results when combined with healthy balanced diet.

Ha, I used to go clubbing a lot! I think dancing for hours on end really was a great workout

4-5x a week, mid-level intensity with 20-30 minutes of cardio daily.

Usually solo but occasionally I will work out with an Aries and Gem. Aries pushes to the max everytime and his sessions are about 90 minutes ish. He is the body builder type though..

This is a good level to be at. Mixing intensity is very effective.

Walking, swimming and more recently, digging. Not gold, but soil. Planted fruit trees, fruit bushes, flowers and veggies on my newly acquired garden.

Results...? I'm probably prouder of my garden than a gym-goer of their body!

I plan to have a chicken coop and rabbit hatch for easy eggs and meat.

Not so keen on the gardening side of things, but the benefits of growing your own vegetables and herbs is undeniable.

5 x a week. 3x for one hour, the other 2x more low intensity for two hours.

That's really good, what kind of training do you do?

Muay Thai. Been doing it for a long time. I teach/coach as well.

I honestly love that, I've never tried it but have always been curious. I was so close to booking a camp in Thailand for a few months. The opportunity passed and I regret not taking it.

Cool, you should try it out one day! My husband and I loved it when we were there. Beautiful country!

For the next 5 - 6 years that will remain an impossibility. But hopefully after I can do so.
